Fight Gym Manly Beach Terms and Conditions
All members and guests must abide by these rules otherwise membership may be withdrawn and full fees and charges apply. Fight Gym reserve the right to change our terms and conditions from time to time in which case notices will be displayed throughout the building and updated on our website.
a) Every member will receive a membership card which must be scanned at reception on entry every visit. Staff will watch the screen as you scan to be sure your card has registered and check if any sort of update is required. Replacement cards may be subject to an administration fee.
b) Your membership is not transferable, and must only be used by the registered member unless organised and approved by administration prior. Any misuse of membership will incur full fees and penalties.
c) The management of Fight Gym reserve the right to cancel any membership in breach of rules or conduct which in the view of the management of Fight Gym is offensive to customers and/or staff, or represent a health and safety danger.
d) Fees for ongoing membership are paid monthly in advance by direct debit from a transaction account or credit card at a specific time, as agreed in direct debit application.
e) The minimum commitment for direct debit membership is two months.
f) You can suspend your monthly membership for a minimum of 2 weeks or more after your 2nd direct debit. Single month members are not permitted to suspend membership. You must provide at least 14 days written notice for a membership suspension, to allow Fight Gym administration to process your request. If your request does not conform to this membership suspension policy, you may assume that your request has been denied, and your membership shall remain active.
g) You can cancel your monthly membership by providing written notice within 14 days of your next scheduled direct debit payment. If your request does not conform to this cancellation policy, you may assume that your request for cancellation has been delayed by 1 month.
- WAYS OF CANCELLING/SUSPENDING MEMBERSHIP
a) You can request to suspend/cancel your membership in one of the following ways:

- Mail us your request in writing
You must receive written confirmation of cancellation from Fight Gym to consider request finalised.
- PERSONAL TRAINING
a) Personal training is to be paid for before your session and if booking over the phone, full payment is required at time of booking via credit card.
b) Once a session is confirmed between a Fight Gym representative and client, verbal or otherwise, a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy applies and full payment is required if cancelled within that period.
c) To maximise your personal training session we recommend you come in before your schedule start time to fill out any forms, and get dressed/warm up.
a) Please keep valuable items with you. We try to safe guard belongings left in the change rooms and gym, but thefts can occur. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to belongings kept on the premises.
a) Children are not to use gym equipment unless under the supervision of a trainer/coach, or as part of an organised class. Children wandering around the gym and through active training areas breach our duty of care requirements. Unsupervised children pose a safety threat to themselves and to others taking part in training activities.
You must read the terms and conditions and sign the Waiver form before using any Fight Gym facilities or participate in any classes or sessions.
