Boxing Technique

Boxing - Pad work, rope work, boxing skills, boxing drills and body conditioning. Boxing without the black eyes.

Boxing Skills/Blast - Learn correct boxing technique and get an awesome workout too.

Box & Abs - An abdominal blast based around boxing pad work.  

Hell Boxing - Exactly as the name suggests. We'll take you to hell and back with this workout.  

Kick Start - Learn correct Kick boxing technique and get a great workout too.  

Kick Boxing - A great cardio workout using the Thai Pads. High impact. Improve flexibility and conditioning.

Free Style - Mix it up with Boxing, Kick Boxing and Grappling combinations and techniques.

SQUAD is our fighter training. If you feel the need to step into the ring one day, or you would just like to learn how to box for real, then squad is for you.

This is Boxing with the black eyes! Before you attempt SQUAD we suggest you jump into our General Timetable first to get your skills and your fitness levels up.
