Personal Training is an awesome tool that helps you reach your fitness goals, or your fight goals, quicker. It is not unusual for novice members to be “First Fight” ready in 3-6 months. If you spend more time in the boardroom than you do the gym floor, you could start seeing the kilos and inches fall away within a week or two.

Obviously, the frequency of your one-on-one sessions will depend on your budget. Often we recommend a combination of P.T. and our General Classes. Your Personal Trainer will give you advice in this area and will always work toward giving you value for money… every time.
We usually recommend 45 minute sessions. However, different goals require different solutions and your trainer may recommend shorter sessions, more often or alternatively longer sessions combined with regular group classes.
