Punch, jab, and kick your way toward better balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Whether you're looking to tone your arms, legs, or core, there’s no area of your body kickboxing won’t tighten and tone. 

Whether you're aiming to improve your overall fitness or just wanting to reap the benefits of physical activity, our conditioning classes can improve your body and performance. From individual workouts to working in pairs or teams, all our classes include aerobic and strength training exercises to burn fat and tone muscles.

BOXING

A boxing fitness class that suits all levels of fitness and boxing experience. Being one of our most popular classes you'll enjoy a high intensity workout while learning how to throw a punch! Classes include a mixture of pad work, punching bags and circuit training.

CONDITIONING

Our strength class is deigned to increase lean muscle tissue and improve structural strength. This will also help to improve body composition leading to a toned and stronger physique. This class involves a variety of resistance, endurance and power training exercises to suit all levels.

TONE & SHAPE -
GIRLS CLASS

If you’re looking to tone and sculpt your body, while also improving overall fitness and stamina this class is for you! You will burn more calories, increase your metabolism and build lean muscle keeping the unwanted pounds off. Training modifications to suit a range of fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

The Fighters class includes a variety of bag work, shadow boxing, foot work drills and sparring. Each class is designed to teach professional boxing skills and techniques that will prepare you to step inside the ring for amateur fight nights.
