Located in the heart of Sydney City CBD at 301 Kent St and at 6 The Corso on beautiful Manly Beach, Fight Gym is known and respected for our ability to get results. All of the classes on our general timetable are suitable for all fitness types at any skill level.
Classes typically involve a warm-up that includes some rope work (skipping) and body conditioning (sit-ups, push-ups, and squats). Following the warm up, you can expect the workout to really pick up pace.
Your first class at Fight Gym is free. Check out the training times and then pop in at a time that suits you. The staff and trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they'll help you get the most out of your time at Fight Gym.
