Classes typically involve a warm-up that includes some rope work (skipping) and body conditioning (sit-ups, push-ups, and squats). Following the warm up, you can expect the workout to really pick up pace. Your first class at Fight Gym is free. Check out the training times and then pop in at a time that suits you.
