At Fight Gym Brookvale we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Or if you just want to lose weight and keep active, we have the class for you. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule.

BOXING
Boxing fitness class that suits all fitness levels, release your stress of the day getting fighting fit while having fun. You will get a good workout and be taught how to throw a punch. We tailor our classes to suit all levels of boxing from beginner through to advanced.

STRENGTH
Strength training is used to develop strong muscles, ligaments and tendons. One way we achieve this is by building muscle. This will also help to improve body composition leading to a toned physique. You'll have low to medium repetitions and working close to fatigue using a variety of training tools.

CONDITIONING
If you’re looking to tone and sculpt your body for a lean, tight fitter look, while also improving overall fitness and stamina this class is for you! You will burn more calories, increase your metabolism and build lean muscle keeping the unwanted pounds off. Training modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

KICKBOXING
Whether your looking to tone your arms, legs, or core, there’s no area of your body kickboxing won’t tighten and tone. Kick boxing significantly improves muscle combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio, build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
