The first thing parents ask

Nobody gets hit

Teen Boxing is non‑contact. No sparring, no head contact, no exceptions. They work the bags, the pads, the rope and the floor, with a partner for hand speed and coordination. They learn the skill and the discipline of boxing without the risk that comes with fighting.

And if boxing is not their thing at all, Teen Conditioning has no boxing in it. Same coaches, same room, purely strength and fitness.

Every session is structured and supervised start to finish.

Two ways in

Pick one, or do both

They are separate classes. Plenty of kids do one and never touch the other, and plenty do both.

Why parents put their kid in it

It changes more than their fitness

01

Confidence that leaves the gym

Learning to do something physically difficult, in front of other people, week after week. That carries into school, and into how they carry themselves.

02

Effort counts, not talent

No team to make, no bench to sit on, no selection. Everyone works, every session, and they measure themselves against last week rather than the kid next to them.

03

Somewhere to put the energy

Forty-five hard minutes does more for a teenager's head than most things. They leave tired, and in a better mood than they arrived.

04

Adults who know their name

Small groups and coaches who notice when someone is off. Teenagers stick with the places where they feel seen.

The team

Meet your trainers

Both classes are run by experienced trainers who are used to starting people from zero. Groups are small, so they will know your teen's name and notice when something is off.

Questions we get asked

Will my teenager get hurt?
Teen Boxing is non‑contact. No sparring and no head contact. The work is bags, pads, rope and conditioning, all supervised. Teen Conditioning has no contact at all. The normal risks are the same as any other sport: sore muscles and the occasional rolled ankle.
What if they do not want to box?
Then they do Teen Conditioning, which has no boxing in it. Strength, fitness and movement, coached in the same room by the same team. A lot of kids come for that and never put a glove on.
Is strength training safe at their age?
Yes, when it is coached properly. Sessions are technique first, bodyweight and light loads, and supervised the whole way. The old idea that lifting stunts growth is not supported. What matters is that someone is watching how they move, which is the whole point of doing it here rather than in a garage.
They have never trained before
Almost nobody has. Both classes exist to teach the fundamentals from zero, whether that is how to throw a jab or how to squat properly. The coaches start where your teen is.
Does boxing make kids aggressive?
In our experience it does the opposite. A structured gym teaches control, respect and what to do with frustration. Teenagers who train tend to be calmer, not angrier.
My kid is shy and not sporty
Those are often the ones who do best here. There is no team to make and nobody watching from a sideline. They work at their own pace and the improvement is obvious to them within a few weeks.
Do they need their own gear?
No. Gloves and wraps are here to borrow for as long as they need them. For conditioning they just need trainers, water and a towel.
Can I stay and watch?
Of course. You are welcome in the gym any time, and we would rather you saw a session before you commit to anything.
