Teen boxing

Our Teen Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and fundamentals. Teen Boxing gives participants the best aspects of learning to box, focusing on non-contact drills, fitness and strength-building exercises.

The classes will get you skipping, running, jumping, punching bags, and working with a partner to improve hand-eye coordination, strength and overall fitness. Our goal is to introduce teens to the sport of boxing in a safe and inspiring environment. The classes are well structured but with a relaxed feel so there is always a lot of laughter and fun.

Classes are safe for Girls and Boys aged 13 - 17yrs

  • Bag work

  • Footwork

  • Partner work
